How sad. As a people, we must take responsibility for our actions. That innocent child knows nothing about tatoos or rings,but yet, he wears them proudly. Why? Because society praises that type of behavior. They think it's cute. Until he becomes an adult imprisoned or something worse. The buck stops here.
