On Wednesday, June 27, 2007 a 55-count indictment was unsealed by the U.S. Attorney of the Southern District of Ohio. The indictment alleges that Mrs. Johnson pocketed $3.8 million dollars from JP Morgan Chase Bank (formerly Bank One) where she was an assistant Vice President during her tenure.
